Littlegill Holiday Home
The House
Littlegill is a newly refurbished four-bedroom holiday home sleeping up to seven, set among the rolling hills at Roberton, near Biggar in South Lanarkshire. It brings together the character of a Scottish stone house and the comfort of a bright, modern interior — a relaxed base for family holidays, get-togethers with friends, and quiet weekends away from it all.
The Space
Downstairs, open-plan dining flows into a well-equipped kitchen, and a separate lounge for everyone to gather at the end of a day on the hills. Upstairs, four comfortable bedrooms sleep up to seven guests, with fresh, modern bathrooms and views over the surrounding countryside from every side of the house.
The Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a super king bed, separate dressing room and en-suite, all with views over the surrounding countryside. Bedrooms two and four each have a comfortable double, and bedroom three has a single — plenty of space for families, friends or a couple looking for a bit of extra room. Bedroom 4 is located downstairs next to the downstairs toilet and is easily accessible from the front door.
Comfort & Connectivity
Fully refurbished throughout in spring 2026, Littlegill is ready for life away from home. Full 1Gb fibre broadband runs through the whole house — fast enough for streaming in every room and with 4g backup connection, dependable enough for remote working — and every space has been finished to feel warm, calm and welcoming, whatever the Scottish weather is doing outside.

Getting Here & Parking
A Note on Sat Navs
Not every sat nav gets this wrong — most guests arrive without any trouble. A few, however, incorrectly navigate our postcode (ML12 6RR) to a neighbouring farm behind Littlegill, rather than stopping at our driveway.
Littlegill sits directly on the A73 in Roberton — we’re not up a farm track. Our driveway is marked with a Littlegill sign, on the fence and on the house beside the front door.
The house sits alongside the A73, within easy reach of the M74 at Junction 13 (Abington, around ten minutes away). There’s private parking at the door, and an on-site EV charger you can use with any contactless card, Apple Pay or Google Wallet — no app or account needed. Glasgow and Edinburgh are both around an hour’s drive, and Biggar is about fifteen minutes.
For satnavs and deliveries, the postcode is ML12 6RR, and the exact door is at what3words ///oven.attending.tank.
